1. **Arrival policy


The room is available from **16:00**, except in case of early check-in.


1. **Check-out policy


The room must be vacated before **12:00**, except in case of late check-out.


1. **4. Rates and payment


**4.1** Payment for the stay must be made in accordance with the conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, possible service charges and applicable cancellation conditions. The cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of reservation and the rates selected.


4*.1.1: STANDARD RATE* (REGULAR RATE)


All reservations must be guaranteed by a **valid credit card** at the beginning of the stay.


- A deposit of **30%** of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
- The balance, 70%** of the total amount, will be taken **14 days prior to arrival**.

If you wish to change the number of people or the dates of your stay, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.


⇒ **Cancellation**


**No cancellation fees apply before 18:00** (local time), up to **14 days** prior to arrival. After this date, the total amount of the reservation must be paid in full.


Any cancellation prior to this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.




**4.2** Additional charges may apply, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

**1.2** To make a reservation, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay, the number of occupants, etc.
