The gite is of a great quality and cleanliness that allows us to fully enjoy a rural life in an out-of-town setting. We have spent a few days with the family at Mas Mallol. The stay has been perfect because the house is very comfortable, with all the necessary equipment, comfortable and very well located, next to Puigcerdà and the ski and tobogganing slopes of Font Romeu, which we love. The family is charming. Thanks to Rosa, Esther and the whole family for their attention.

From July 25th to 29th of this year, we went to stay at Mas Mallol the 15 members of the Segon Armengol family. We have already repeated the experience because we had been there last year and they were again fantastic days, the children were enthusiastic with the cats, Rocky and Diana, the cats and the kittens, the hens, the chicks and the chickens, the eggs .... And all together, big and small, enjoying the environment and the comforts of the mas with its super complete equipment. We want to leave a record of the attention given to us by Rosa and Esther, and of the kindness and patience of Josep and Agustí with the children. Thank you very much to all of you!!!! And we recommend the experience to anyone who wants to enjoy a rural environment but at the same time with all the comforts.
We have been a week at Mas Mallol, occupying the whole house. From the first moment we arrived, the people of Mas Mallol were very attentive and nice, and they were very helpful and friendly, making us enjoy the animals and the Agustí's tractor. The house is very cozy, clean and well equipped. The situation is immillorable, just at the entrance of Puigcerdà but with a charming rural environment. We have spent some fantastic days there. Very recommendable.
During the long weekend of December 2011, we stayed 4 nights, a stay that we will not forget. As in the other comments in the guestbook, we have been more than comfortable with a most welcoming and attentive family. The children had a great time with the farm animals. The environment is unbeatable, a real "casa de pagès". We could not enjoy the snow but that was not an inconvenience because there are a lot of excursions to do in the area: we went to Meranges estany de Malniu, Andorra, Les Angles (Parc animalier), Llivia, Puigcerdà in the afternoon, etc ... in total we have still missed days to go more roads. We were on the second floor, a marvel with everything you need, even heaters for the bathrooms to avoid getting cold in the first morning shower, something we had not seen in other cottages, all a detail! In short, I could write a novel to describe how well we have been in Mas Mallol. We are only waiting to repeat the experience. A big hug to Rosa and all her family.
We have spent the weekend from 3 to 5 February at Mas Mallol. It has been a very cold weekend, since the temperatures have been very low, but in the house we have been very and very comfortable (like at home). The fireplace and the heating have accompanied us. The people of Mas Mallol have been very and very attentive and very nice. Rocky greeted us at all times. A very nice and friendly cat. We have really spent with my family some exceptional days in the company of our friends. Both for the company, as for the environment, the climate and the magnificent amenities offered by the house at Mas Mallol. Equipped to the smallest detail, it makes you feel at home, and absolutely nothing is missing to enjoy the tranquility that surrounds the house. I can not fail to remember the barbecue that accompanies the house, which has allowed us to share a barbecue "in all its letters". For the children, an unforgettable experience, sharing their games with the animals (chickens, ducks, rabbits,...) that are part of Mas Mallol, without forgetting man's best friend, Rocky! Not to forget either, the exquisite treatment received by Mrs. Rosa and Mr. Jose who with their kind hospitality were in every detail that we needed to solve at all times. Of course, we will repeat for sure 100%!

Monday, Monday after returning from Mas Mallol, ufff, how hard to return to the sad reality, what an environment, what views, what animals, what "eggs Rosa has". Nothing more can be described, it is necessary to see it, to savor it, to enjoy it. In short, we have spent a fabulous weekend with friends and children. We recommend this rural house 100%. Not even 24 hours ago we were in Can Mallol and how much we miss it back in the city and the usual routine. The truth is that these three days of the bridge of May have been unbeatable, in a wonderful natural environment, with the proximity of towns like Puigcerdá and Andorra where you can shop, go for dinner or walk makes this cottage an ideal place to rest, relax and enjoy the kindness of those who run it. Nor can we forget the king of the place, Roky, that dog that has earned so much affection with his runs, jumps, licks and frolics. As you can see we have been amazed, the house has everything, it lacks nothing, dishes, glasses, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, television, perfect bathrooms .... There is no excuse to take a bad memory of the place ... we are already thinking about returning soon, maybe when the first snowflakes of the season fall in the months of November-December. We will be back hehe. A big hug!
